As the raw material enters the processing lines it passes through multiple stages for sorting & cleaning – sieve machine, color sorting machine, x-ray detector and metal detector.

We package and label the finished product according to customers’ requirements and specifications. We can offer advice based on our experience. We can offer generic or private label packaging.

We monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process at all times. Indicators are recorded and used to classify product accordingly. We also employ a full traceability process.
